[By Redter's Submarine Cable]. INTERCOLONIAL. Sydney, Wednesday. . A vessel from Maryborough reports speaking the barque Sydney off the northern coast, from Hong Kong, bound to Otago, full of passengers, and with ten cases of small-pox aboard. An attempt will be made to-night by the: Opposition to refuse supplies, as the Government have not the confidence of the House.
