London, Gebruary 12. Peace negotiations between the Porte and Servia have been resumed. The Liberal organs, in commenting upon the Eastern difficulty as printed in the Blue Books, approve of the attitude of the |English Government, and attack the Conference for stopping short of that policy of coercion, whereby the isolated action of Russia could have been prevented. The TitAes Bays the country will go with Lord Derby.
