Mr John R. -Mabin reports the sale by auction, at the Nelson Auction Rooms, on the 10th inst., of 20,000 bricks, to be taken from the kiln at 45s per 1000; chests tea, No. 71, Condon, Is 9d per lb; half chests, No. 113 Theresa at; ls 10d; Palmer's 250 vestas 7s 6d per gross,.. Crown Brand, 1000, 47s 6d to 51s. He also sold a quantity of drapery, wearing apparel, &c, for which fair prices were obtained; onions, Id per lb; cocoa-nuts, 3s per dozen. Yesterday he sold the sites for booths at the All-England cricket match; the licensed victualler's realised £6 6s; confectioner's! £6. Messrs' Sharp and Pickering report the sale of Mr Holder's property at Foxhill, with dwelling-bouse and out-buildings thereon, for £720; also, the house and land situate in Nile-street East, belonging to Mr Joseph Guy, for £220.
