[Br Reuter's Submarine Cable.] INTERCOLONIAL. Brisbane, Tuesday. The Singapore arrived yesterday w jth advices that the London wool sales closed on December 3. They will long be remembered by all in the trade owing to the rapid and enormous advance. All sorts closed at highest quotations, and with a firm tone, and there is every indication of a consumption on a large scale.
