The Charles Edward left •Greymouth this morning for Nelson direct, will arrive tomorrow, and sail for Wellington at 6 p.m. on Friday. The Wallace left Greymouth for Nelson via Westport this morning. She will sail for Wanganui on Saturday! The Kennedy will sail for West Coast ports on the arrival of the Wellington. The Maid of Italy arrived last evening from Riwaka, and sailed again for the same place this morning. The Prospect arrived yesterday from Waitapu with a cargo of timber for the harbor works. > The barque Ansdell is loading with kauri timber at Helensville, some thirty-five miles up the Kaipara river. She will probably sail for Sydney at the end of this week. The Arawata is advertised to leave Melbourne for New Zealand to-day.
