On Sale by the undersigned— S. E. Jeans & Co.'s Impboved Patbnt Reflector GAS COOKING SfOVES. These Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open Are, or kitchen range, and aie moat convenient and economical, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stovea have been put to every possib test, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle of heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought in contact with the top hot-plate, or under the .saucepans on top, so that all the heat from the gas is ueed. The ridges on the hot-plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gasstovesr All burners in thia Stove are atmospheric.
