11. J. L. Augarde reports the sale of two houses and half an acre of land, in Colling-wood-street, for £100 and £170. Mr Mabin reports the sale by auction on Saturday of about 400 sheep from Wanganui at 15s to 17s; for unshorn, 11s ticl to 12s.
