Coasters not in harbor on day of Regatta will have entry money returned. All coasters' centra boards to be 'sealed by starter. No allowance of time for tonnage . Races Nos. 3, 5, 10, and 12 are champion races, and must be competed for by crews of two or more provinces. No first prize will be given unless two boats start, and no second unless three. J. A.
