UPON reading the Miautes of a General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-mentioned Company, hell at the Court House, Reefton, on the 7th day of August one thousand eight hundred and seventy-six, pursuant to the order of tbis honorable Court, made upon the 15th day of July Ja9t. And upou reading the acoeptance by William M'Lean. of Reefton aforesiid, shartbroker, and tbe several affidavits of William Pitt, and the said William M'Lean filed in this Court. And upon hearing Mr William Pitt, oi counsel for tho peticioner, Don Pedro Anderson, this Court doth by this order confirm ihe appointment of the said William M'Lean as Liquidator of the Estate of the said Company, at a remuneration of thirtyfive pounds. And this C.u.t doth further orddr that tbe said Liquidator shall have an office situate in Broadway, Reefton, aforesaid, being the office of Messrs M'Lean and Company, as the most convenient place for the administration of the affairs of tbe said Company. Aud this Court doth further order that the said Liquidator shall pay into tbe National Bank of New Zealand, Limited, at Reefton, aforeßaid, the proceeds of every sale or sales, as also all other moneys received by him on account of the said Company to the credit of an accouut in such Bank to be entitled " In the matter of the winding up of ' The Sir Ju .us Yogel Company,' " And this C.urt doth order that such Liquidator', account with sneb Baok Bhall be operated upon by the said Liquidator from time to time by and upon an order of this honorable Court.
