His Honor said the warrant was bad n form, but ii the prisoner was discharged upon' that warrant, he would grant another for his [ detention. He declined to interfere with the discretion of Justices in not allowing bail; so. that, as no purpose would be served by obtaining the writ, the rule was discharged without costs.
