The steamer Arawata is expected to leave the Bluff to-morrow (Tuesday), . the 291h inst. TelegMins for the Australian Colouies or Furope, via Java Cable, will be received at this office for transmission to the Bluff up till 11 a.m. of ths above date. Steamers will leive Penang for Galle on September sth and 291h, October 3rd and 2lst; leave Singapore on August 27th, September 10th and 24 th, October 7th and 28th. Steamers from Galle will arrive at Penaog on Septomber 2nd, 16th, and 30th, October 14th aad 29th, and Singapore on August 29th, September lltii and 25th, October 9;hani 27th. W.
