The following may be interesting as showing how the various provinces were represented in the division on Sir Greorge Grey's resolutions :•—

Mr Andrew requests us to state that he voted against the resolutions, although his name did not appear in the list forwarded by the Press Agency. Messrs Bastings, Laraach, Eeynolds, and Wood (all of Otago) paired for the resolutions, and Messrs J. E. Brown (Canterbury), Kelly (Taranaki). Richmond (Nelaon), and Taiaroa (Maori member), against them.
