Wflmngton, Thursday. In the Legislative Council to day, leave of absence was granted to the Speaker from Friday to Weinesday next. Major Richmond vt&a appointed to act a 9 Speaker, and Colond Kenny as Chairman of Committeej, Dr Pollen introduced a bill to amend the Marriage Act of 1854 Mr VVaterhousereida letter on the charring of tim f er intended for piles, and it was ordered to be printed.
