INTERPROVINCIAL.

Dunedin, Tuesday. A presentation of plate was made to the Hon. W. H. Reynolds to day. In the course ol his reply he stuted that he was in favor of only two provinces for the colony. The statement was received with cheers.

The annuil meeting of the Jockey Club was held last night. The balance of cash ia hand was £1,651. Tha committee recommended that the next cup should be value £500. The old committee were re-elected.

A football team, to compete with Canterbury has been selected.

Blenheim, Tuesday. The Marlborough Times published its last issue this morning.
