Two steamers h ive been chartered to run with telegrams be ween Penang and Rangoon One leaves i'enang on the evening of the 15th, and the other about four days later Tbey will remain in Rangoon 36 hours for xep'ie?, and eight hours in P^nang. Passage under four days. Telegrams charged full rates.
