Coasters not in harbor on day of Regatt* will have entry money returned. All coasters' centre boards to be "sealed by starter. No allowance of time for tonnage. Races Nos. 3, 5, 10, and 1 2 are champion races, and muit be competed for by crews of two or tuord provinces. No first prize will be given unless two boats start, and no second unless three. J. A.
