QINCE the introduciion of Hand Sewing Machines, attempts Uave constantly been made to prove that they are fit to supersede the original Treadle Machines, but intending purchasers are requested to examine the matter and decide for themselves whether their claims are well founded, and whether alao the objections raised (frequently by interested parties) to the use of the Treadle can be sustained by facts.
