On Sale by the undersigned — I S. E. Jeans & Co.'s Impboved Patent Reflector GAS COOKING STOVES. These Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the opnn fire, or kitchen range, and aie most convenient and economical, both in first co3t and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible teat, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle of heat is used. The oven is made with a'case or jacket, and the heat fro;n the flame over tne roaster passes roumi the oven witli a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after paesiog round the oveo is brought in contact with the top hot-plate, or under the .saucepans on top, so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot-plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms ot" saucepans or kettles, and the burners are bo constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable io most gas stoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. B. Franzen, THE PQBT NELSON. llg
