These Stoveß will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and aie most convenient aod economical, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. Theße Stoves have been put to every possible test, and have given the greatest satisfaction. Ths oven above the roaster is constructed iv such a manner that every particle of heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven witn a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the ovea is brought in contact with the top hot-plate, or under the saucepans on top. so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot-plate are radiatiog from each burner on the top, which causes tbe flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gas stoves.
