The furrow Blice to be not less than 5 inches deep and 9 inches wide. 5 The Judges wdl b 3 instructed to withhold any prize in any class when the ploughing is not considered meritorious. 6. No third prize will be given unless four competitors start, nor a second prize under three competitors, or a first prize unless two competitors ttan. 7. Every competitor, who is not himself a Subscriber to the A?sociation, must pay an entrance fee of Half-a-Crown.
