MAIL STEAMER "ZEALANDIA."
To tub Editor of the 'Evening Mail.' Sir,— As Mr Dodaon is away, and hss no opportunity of replying to the htterof the Captain of the Zeulandia that appeared in your valuable paper of last evening, I shall be glad it you will kindly give space to the enclosed extract from a letter received by me from a gentleman en route to Europe in the eamo steamer: — " This is a very fine steamer, but the tables are badly supplied with food, it being so snort that there is a regular scramble daily ihe wines and spirits are very bad and very dear, and we have not enjoyed any food since we partook of your kind hospitality in Nelson."— Yours, &c.
