Dr. Turner who haa been travelling through th<? colony lecturing on hydropathy, was brought up at the Resident Magistrate's Court to-day charged with stealing an ovfrcost belonging to a passenger on board the steimer Wellington. An important public meeting was held to protest against tlm proposed b mndaries of the Count? of Ahaura by the exclusion of Kecfton from the county.
