Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the op D n fire, or kitchen range, and aje most convenient arid economical, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible teat, and h<jve given the greatest sitisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a ' manner that every particle of heat is u?ed. The oven is made with a case or jacket, an 1 the heat fro-n the flame over the roaster ! passes round the oven witli a regular diffused heat, and the wa«.te heat, after pissing round the oven is brought in contact with the top hot-plate, or under the r ßaucep»ns on top, eo that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot-plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spreid over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are eo constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gas stoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. B. Fbanzen, I THE PORT J NELSON. n s
