Tbe news by the steamship Whampoa is of little importance Small-pox has broken out in four Bhips of the Flying Sqmdron which recently left Bombay for China A plot has been discovered to sink the ironclad training-ship Caledonia. A Constantinople telegram states that V8 villages, containing 100,000 inhabitants, in Bulgaria, are in utter ruius.
