Sydney, Monday. Michael Ponnor, who was locke 1 up for lunacy at Narrabi, rushed his keeper, and seized his revolver and shot himself dead. News from Hodgkinsoa's river reports that the reefs are increasing in richness. The Edinburgh started yesterdiy from Port Darwin for the break in the cable. Communication will probably be resumed tonight or to morrow.
