The cutter Dido arrived from Blenheim this morning with a cargo of barley, consigned to Messrs Sharp and Co. The schooner Richard and Mary arrived froraJWaitapu this morning with a cargo of timber. The Phoebe left Wellington to-day, will arrive to-morrow morning, and sail for the North by.the fame tide. We arc sorry to hear that the famous old cuttdr Three Brothers has met with an acci,dent'lat the Moutere during the late gale. The Thre'e Brothers is one of the oldest—if not the oldest—coasters sailing out of Nelson, and during her time has made a deal of money for her owner. We trust that she will soon he afloat again. The Bs. Kennedy arrived alongside the Albion Wharf at 8.30 this morning with the San Francisco mail, i^he left Nelson on the 15th instant; experienced a light southerly breeze down the Bay; when off the Sandspit Lighthouse the smoke of the steamer Tui was peen ahead, the Kennedy passing her off Wfst Wanganui, and arriving off Westport bar Jour hours in advance of her; crossed the bar at 7 a.m. on tbe 20th; landed curgo and recrossed the bar same day at 8.20 p.m. for Greymouth, in company with the Tui, and arrived off the Grey at 2 a.m on the 21st; took in the Alhambra's Grey cargo and passenger;, and crossed the bar on the 24th; left at 2 p.m. on the 26:h, and stemmed easy a'ong the coast for Westport, Arriving there at 11 pm. same day; landed cargo and left »gain on the 27th at 1.30 p.m.; passed the s.s.Kilda and Luna bound South, and arrived here as above.
