MYEKS v. WILLS.

To tub Editor or the 'Evening Mail' Sir — My attention is calle I to a letter of Mr. J. Wills, in your, paper of the 7th inut referrhg to my letter of the 33rd ult. Mr. Wills's statement in Court was made In the hearing of many pereons, and I leave It to them to determine his exact words, and what they implied. My letter stated what I did in the matter, and I protest against an answer of mine to a question on one point, to one man, being considered as general advice to another. Bad Mr. WUIb doubted the propriety of the courso he took, and wished.for advice, he woud surely applied for it personally. .. . I am, &c, Frank Jjsllicoe. Motueka, June 12, 1876.
