The master and mats were examined, arid the evidence will be forwarded to "Wellington accompanied by the report of the Court ot Enquiiy. "Tbat the veßsel was lost by strik'ngr on a rook not mirked on the chart. The master's certifica* was returned. \ Mr, Sealy, Besideat Magietrate, Mr. Smith, Nautical Assessor and the Collector of Custone were present.
