WHEREAS by Crown Grant, dated 23rd day of November, 1871, the abovenamed Defendant, Alphonse Jecklin, at owner of an Est ite iv lea simple in all this parcel of Laud in the Province of Nelson, in iMew Zealand, containing by admeasurement SO acres, be the same more or less, situated in ths district of the ttuber, being Section numbered 95 on Square numbered 138 on the Plan of the Proviuce of Nelson, bounded on the north-eastward by Crown land (3,610 links) ; on the south-eastward by Section numbered 96 on the said Sqmre (1,118 links) ; oh the south-westward by the ttiver Buller ; and on the north-westward by a stream flowing into the Buller, excepting the public road passing through the said Section : And whereas I, the undersigned, Sheiiff of the District of Wet-tiand North, in the Colony of New Zealand, bave tiken in execution, and levied upon the real E Hate of the said Alphonse Jecklin, the Defendaut in the above action, whereiu James Ryan is Claintiff, and by virtue of a Writ of Fier i Facias issued out of the above mentioned Supreme Court of New Zealand, ia the said action, in pursuance of the " Execution of Judgments against Real E-d;ate Act, 1857," ior the sum ol One Hundred and Forty-nine Pounds Eleven Shillings and Three Pence, together with luttreßt upon the said sum at the rate of Eight Pounds for every One Hundred Pounds by the year from the 17th day of November, 1875, betides Sherriffs Poundage Officers Fees, and all other iucidental expenses and costs : Now I hereby give notice, that it is my intention to cause the said PIECE of LAND to be SOLD by public AUCriUN at the Court-house, in the town of Westport, in the said Province, on the 20th day of MAY, 1876. at noon, unless the above-named debt and costs be sooner paid.
