On Sale by the undersigned — S. E. Jeans & Co.'s Imi-hoved Patent JRefleotok GAS COOKING STOVES. The«e Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and aie most convenient arid economical, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside ihe oven, meet; with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible test, and have given the greatest sitisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every pxrticle of heat is u^ed. The oven is made with a case or jacket, ani the heat fro-n the flame over the roaster passes round the oven witli a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought in contact with the top hot-plate, or under the saucepans on top, so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot-plate ara radiating from each burner on the top, which causss the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and lhe burners are co constructed that no fat or water can drop into them — so objectionable in most gas Btoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. . .B. Fkanzen, THE PORT, NELSON. 1121
