RIFLE MATCH.

A meeting having been arranged to talsi place between sxofficers of the Otago Volunteers and a like number of Nelson officers, the Otago representatives fired on the 4th instant, with the rrault givtu below. The ranges were 200, 400, and 500 yards; positions, standing at the first range, any at the others, seven shots at each range. The weather is reported as having been good and blight at ths first two ranges, and the wind sl'ght from the left front. The Nelson team, we understand are to fire next week.
