NEW ADVERTISEMENTS. : NOTICE. STAMP FEE ACT, 1875. Head'Offlce, Stamp Department, 20th March, 1*76. NOTICE is" hereby given, that the provisions of "The Stamp Fee Act, 1875," will be brought into operation in the offices of the District Courts throughout the Colony, on the Ist April, proximo. After that date, all duties, fees, fines, and penalties hitherto payable to Clerks of District Courts, in cash, must be paid by means of stamps, impressed or adhesive, as prescribed by the rejiU'atioqs made in pursuance of the sail Act, and no. cash will thereafter be received for any such fees, &c. Stocks of Law Court Stamps may be. obtained from the .'DeputyCommissioners of Stumps and from Depositaries in places were, sittings of tbe District Courts nxi held.
