HoPS.-r-The Australasian of February 26, writes: —Our advices rc-girding hops state that stocks of English hops show a complete exhaustion of ths finest and even the moderately; good qualities, and values of best samples left had an advancing tendency, which would have been of a more decided character but for the heavy importations of fore'gn growth's, common in quality, but haying color and low prices to recommend them. Quotations in our own markets ara 18.6d for parcels ot Kent 1875, and Is lOd for email iota. To-day. 25 bales of fine Kent were taktn up at Is 3d. Tasmanian have been largely sold at Is 5d for really good 1875,and now Is. 6d to Is 8d is demanded. .Bavarian are offered at 2s.
