JAMES RYAN v. ALPHONSE JECKLIN. WRIT of FI. FA, WHEREAS by Crown Grant, dated 23rd day of November, 1871, the abovenamed Defendant, Alphonsb Jecklin, at owner of an Estite in fee simple in all this parcel of Land in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, be the same more or less, situated in the district of the Buller, being Section numbered 95 on Square numbered 138 on the Plan of the Province of Nelson, bounded on the north-eastward by Crown land (3,610 links) ; on the south-eastward by Section numbered 96 on the said Square (1,118 links) ; on the south-westward by the Hiver Buller ; a'nd on the north-westward by a stream flowing into the Buller, excepting the public road passing through the said Section : And whereas I, the undersigned, Sheriff of the District of Weßtiand North, in the Colony of New Zealand, have taken in execution, and levied upon the real Estate of the said Alphonsb Jecklin, the Defendaut in the above action, wherein James Ryan is Plaintiff, and by virtue of a Writ of Fieti Facias issued out of, the above-mentioned Supreme Court of New Zealand, in the said action, in pursuance of the •' Execution of Judgments against Real Estate Act, 1857," for the sum ot One Hundred and Forty-nine Pounds Eleven Shillings and Three Pence, together with Interest upoa the s«id sum at the rate of Eight Pounds for every One Hundred Poundß by the year from the 17th day of November, 1875, besides " Sheriffs Poundage Officers Fees, and all other incidental expenses and costs : Now I hereby give notice, that it is my intention to cause the said PIECE of LAND to be SOLD by public AUCTION at the Court-house, in the town of Westport, in the said Province, on the 20th day ot MAY, 1876, at noon, un,less the above-named debt and costs be sooner paid. l And I do also hereby give notice, that Albbht Pur, oi the City of Nelson, Solicitor, is the fcolicitor for the above-named Plaintiff herein, the execution creditor.
