TTPON hearing Mr. Staite, of Counsel for the Creditors of the said Company and upon reading the Order of the Court made herein, dated the 13th day of December last, Affidavits of William Reeve Haselden, William Stdnbt Staite, and William Hugh Jones respectively, sworn and tiled herein, together with the proper writings thereto respectively annexed, it i_ ordered that the choice ef the Creditors of the said Meeting, in electing WILLIAM M'LEAN, of Reefton, aforesaid, Sharebroker, to be the LIQUIDATOR of the Estate ot the Baid Company, be arid the yame is hereby confirmed, and the remuneration of the said Liquidator shall be aud the same i3 hereby fixed at tho sum of r l hirly Pounds. And tie Court doth order that the office afc present in the occupation ot the said Liquidator, at Be fton aiorcsaid, shall bc the oflice of the said Company, aod that the moneys to arise from the winding up of the said Company shall be paid iuto the Bank of Kew Zealand, at Reefton, to the credit of an account to be entitled "In the matter of the winding up of ' The Long Drive Quartz Mining Company L'mited.-"' And it is hereby also ordered that this order be forthwith advertise 1 in tbe Nelson Evening Mavand the Imangahua Herald. And the Court do'.h oppoiut MONDAY, the 20th day of MARCH now next ensuing, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, as the day at the Court House, at Reefton, as the time and place for all thc creditors of the said Company to come in and prove their respective debts duo to them by the said Company.
