WHEREAS by Crown Grant, dated 23rd day of November, 1871, the abovenamed Defendant, Alphonse Jkcklin, at owner of an Estate in lee "simple in all this' parcel of Land in tbe Provinoa of Nelson, in frew Zealand, contaiping by admeasurement 50 acres, be the same more or less, situated in the district of the Bul'er, being Section numb.red 95 on Square numbered 138 on the.
