ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE.
Charles Reilly, Richard Annis, John Hunter, and John Smith, four seamen of the Hibernia, were charged with absenting themselves from the ship without leave. On being asked what they had to say, they replied that they asked for leave, which was refused to them, and so they took it. Sentenced to seven days' imprisonment.
