Wellington, Monday, Dr. Pollen has resigned the Premiership and Sir Julius Yogel has : been sent for. The new Ministry is not yet officially constituted, but it is understood all the late members will be offered seat*; that Sir Julius Yogel will be Premier and Treasurer. . Mr Atkinson being relieved of the latter office at his own request, will retain ollice of Minister of Immigration and Crnwn Lands, and at present it ir uncertain if Mr Reynold" will consent to remain in office. Sir Julius Vngel will shortly divest himself of -the office of Postmaster-General. Clhe other members of the Ministry will probably remain as before, Dr. I'ollen beiug Colonial Secretary. Dr. i'ollen is not in very good health, and will probably leave tor Auckland during the week, as attendant Minister on the Governor, who, with his family, staff, and horses, &c, leaves here for Auckland, via Manukau, tomorrow, at 4p m , in the Luna.
