The owner of the cutter Three Brothers notifies by advertisement that his vessel will for the future run ' regularly between Nelson and Motueka. • The Wellington Argus of Tuesday says: — The schooner Richard and Mary had a narrow escape of running into the brfiostwork this morning. She came up to the wharf with a good breeze and failing to shorten sail in time, tbe crew had great difficulty in stopping her, w;»y and getting her round to r prevent accident. Finally she bronght up in iront of the Provincial buildingß, her martingale being, within six inehee of the brick wall. A smash seemed imminent but the anchor checked her in time. To complete tho excitement one of tbe crew fell overboard.
