The first monster meetwill be held bood, when a committee of twelve gentlemen — to elect their owa chairman, also a secretary— will be ele?tel to hold office tor one year. All offices will be honorary, and should be filled by gentlemen with >ut sectarian bitterneas, yet of undoubted loyalty of character.
