Tbe Hera hulk was launched this morning, and is now alongside tbe Government wharf, where she will be fitted with lifting gear, &c. The Charles Edward arrived at Greymouth this morning, and will leave to-morrow eveniog for Westport and Nelson, arriving here on Friday morning. The N.Z S.S, Company's s.s. Taranaki. arrived early this morning from North.' She left the Manukau at 5.30 p m. on Sunday, arriving off Taranaki at 830 a.m. on Monday, - landed passengers and cargo, and proceeded on to. Nelson at 11.30 a.m., arriving as above. She sailed South at eight o'clock this morning.
