The children seem to be well and car fully taught in reading, writing, and arithmetic. In the reading I noted a marked .; improvement this year over last; the general f ' character of the writing in the school itfgbod, ~* being neat and legible, the writing of some of the first class is really a credit to the school. AS to tbeir conduct the children were well behaved and discipline is well maintained.
