Such documents mus% after tbat date, be written upon paper previouely impressed st tbe Head Office, and cannot be stamped after the execution thereof. It is requested, therefore, that Merchint*, Shipping Agents and others concerned, -will, without delay, forward to this office such forms as they may require to be irapnaied, accompanied by the uaual requisition and receipt of the Bank of New Z. aland ior the amount, less the authorised discount. . Information may be obtained at any Stamp Office. The provisions of the Act bearing on tbis point are as follow; — "47. And if such person is a licensed sharebroker, bij lie; nse shall, on any conviction under this section, be absolutely forfeited, and he shall not thereafter be qualified to act as a broker, or to havo a freeh license issued tb him.
