Donald of Happy Valley against Isaac Harvey for allowing an entire horse to run at large.— Donald v. Harvey. — Action to recover £5 for grazing a horse. Sclanders and Co. sued for £11 8s 2d, and Davis and Co. for £8 12a, the value of certain wine which had leaked from casks forming part of the Chile's cargo, such leakage being attributed to improper stowage.
