H. J. L. Atjqarde reports sale of lease of one acre of land, two houses thervon, ToiToi Valley, (11 years). Ground rent, £10 per anoum, for £40. Bu6ine3s done this day. (Australasian, May 22.) There is a fair business doing in oats. About 1800 bags were dared off yesterday at auction, when 4s Id to 4s 3id was obtained Jor 1500 bass New Zeilandstout oats, and 300 bags Tasmanian seed were pluced at 4s 4Jd to 4s 5,Jd. 300 bags feeding were disposed of publicly to-day at 3d 6d to 3s 9d. In hops business is almost entirely confined to Tasmania. Sales have b. en making at 2s to 2s 3d for trade requirements. Kent's are slow "at 3s. Bavarian are quoted at 3s 3d. ~ • /
