All Saints' Church. — A meeting, for the purpose of making arrangements for a Bale of work in aid of this church in November next, will be held at th 3 Oddfellows' Hall, on Monday evening, at half-past seven. Baker's Hibernicon. — This will be the last night of the above entertainment in Nelson » and what with Mr Baker's singing, Mr Verner's drolleries, and Miss O'Laughliu's dancing, there should be a large farewell audience at the Oddfellows Hall. Fatal Accident. —At an early hour this morning the body of Mr Scott, a very old resident in Nelson, was found in the tideway near the Gasworks. A bruise was discovered on his head, and ;t is supposed that he must have fallen over the sea wall, and being stunned, was drowned, although the water could not have been very deep at the time his watch stopped, namely, half-past two. Zealand, containing information regarding the movements of all railvvayp, coaches, steamers, &c. It is to be published monthly, and is expected to form a good medium for advertising throughout the whole colony.
