That Executors and Administrators (hall, in the case of all legacies, annuities, or ; residues paid by them, furnish to the Etamp Office full accounts of auch payments,' ana'Bhall pay the duty assesied thereon within sixty days thereafter; and in the case of^ legacies, annuit es, or residues retained- fa trust, shall bafore any such retainer furtiish :> to the Commissioners full paiticul&ra thereof, and shall pay the duty asiesied thereon wititlh " fourteen days of such assessment} and shall furnish accounts of all successions under any / will or estate executed or administered by them, so soon as the successor shall become beneficially entitled thereto.
