Some of the citizens are greatly diseatirfied with the conduct of certain members of the City Council, and have got up a requisition to a local chimney sweep asking him to come forward as a candidate to fill a vacancy now ia the Council, the opinion being that if he iB elected, the City Council will resign in a body. A requisition to him has been largely signed.
