March 10, schooner Sisters, 15, Charlea, from Motupipi. 4 passengers. SAILED. Nil. IMPORTS. Sißters, from Motupipi— s hales hops, 8 boxes butter, Eranzen ; 1 cord wood, Lukins; 14 boxes apples, Jones; 3 boxes apples, Order; 4 bags, Mabin; 1 box, Whiten; 2 boxes butter, Wilkie; 1 ton potatoes, Jones; 3 bags, Johnson; S bags potatoes, Frank.
The Murary reports a heavy sea on the bar at Greymouth. She will leave, if possible, tonight for Nelson direct. It was still raining heavily at 11 a.m. The Charlea Edward reports being detained at Hokitika by the heavy sea and fresh in the river. It was raining heavily at 10 o'clock this morning. The Taranaki, which left New Plymouth at 11 a.m. ,yesterda3', and, consequently, was due here last night or this morning, has not yet, put in an appearance, although the gale of last night was in her favor. If she arrives this evening, she will sail for the South ai 8 a.m. to morrow.
