The general course of the line will be alorig the Railway line from Richmond to Fox-hill, and near the road by Fogden's, through the Big Bush to junction of the Bu'ler and Top House roads. Poles to be Fawn from the heart of Totara, to be perfectly sound, straight, and free from sap, shake, loose knots, or any other defect. The greater number of the Poles to be each Twenty (20) feet long, the remainder to be each Twenty-five (25) feet long, all to be Eight inches square at the butt, and Six (C) inches septare at the top end. Poles to be delivered along the line nt pegs, following the general course above indicated. The v ire and other material to be taken from Nelson, and to be delivered at pegs, according to a list that will be furnished to the contractor. The above works to be computed by the 31st day cf July, 1875.
